Parent Coaching
If your child is enrolled in our Social Skills Coaching Program (no additional cost):
-You can utilize the 120 minutes per year of face-to-face meeting time to receive coaching
-Discuss problem areas or brainstorm with social coach via email/phone on an on-going basis
-Come to our weekly SCLC Parents Circle* to talk to SCLC social coach or other parents for support (currently not available)
If your child is NOT enrolled in our Social Skills Coaching Program:
STEP 1: 90 minute intake appointment: $120 ($150 starting 9/1/19)
STEP 2: Set up weekly or as needed coaching schedule
--Each 50 minute session fee: $90 ($95 starting 9/1/19)
-You can set up separate parents-only coaching sessions to learn how best to support your child
-Receive direct instructions on how to help your child develop new social skills
-Discuss private and community resources
-Social coach can attend school meetings to collaborate with already existing services or to advocate for new services
-Option to enroll the child in our Social Skills Coaching Program after first providing parent coaching.
-With prior approval by SCLC, you can join our weekly SCLC Parents Circle* at no additional cost (currently not available)
